General terms
By Working with me you adhere to my Terms of Service, going against these terms will nullify your commission.
I can refuse commissions for any reason if seen fit.
I will not for any reason provide NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content including Gore, Sexual/Fetish, content. This also includes fan art, political ideologies, Homophobia and Racism.
I will not work with you if you cannot provide clear references (this does not apply to Custom Designs).
References that are not clear on details are subjected to artistic freedom: if you do not provide clear examples of what you expect I have full artistic freedom of the parts that are not clear to me.
Commissioners retain the ability to upload any purchased design or artwork to other websites as long as proper credit is provided.
I will not for any reason take deadlines. I work rather fast unless the commission is more complicated or if I get struck with art block.
Payment
Payment of a Commission is required upon acceptance. I will not start on your commission without proper payment.
Payments will be via PayPal Invoices or Ko-fi slot purchases.
Payment is in USD, if you're not paying in USD, please make sure to pay the correct amount within the conversion to ensure that I am not being overpaid (it makes me feel bad).
Tips are ok, but when paying through PayPal it can cause some issues when paying $2 tips because PayPal sees it as bypassing the transaction fee.
Refunds are available from before the commission has started till the first initial sketch. after that point refunds are voided
Communication
Please be aware that I am human and art block is real. If I have not completed your commission fast enough for your liking, please know that I am doing my best to put your commissions at my top priority
Do not (and I am begging here) spam my dm's for updates. You will receive updates as I go along through my many phases of drawing up your commission order.
communication is key so if there are even the slightest inquiries on your commission as I send you updates it is highly important that you tell me. ESPECIALLY when you see something that doesnt look correct on the commission!!
